• Automated in-app chat: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, including public holidays. Handles account login, bonus eligibility, and basic gameplay queries instantly.
• Live human agents: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. Outside these hours, messages are logged and a live agent follows up as soon as they are back online.
• Email: All emails are acknowledged within 24 hours. Disputes involving UPI refunds via PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM may take up to 48 hours for full resolution.

Online-only support

Jai Club is a 100% digital platform. There is no physical office, walk-in counter, or branch location anywhere in India, please do not attempt an in-person visit.

All support is handled through in-app chat and email. Unlike resolving an issue at a bank branch or local UPI payment centre, there are no queues, no travel, and no fixed counters.
